One of my friends recently referred a coworker to me for a family session. It had been several years since they got professional family photos done, so they were very excited to get new images and I was honored to help them with that! Once everyone warmed up to the camera, we got some great photos and had a fabulous time! Thanks guys!

Bridal Portraits- Alexa
A couple days before her bridal session, Megan contacted me and asked if her friend Alexa could join us as well. Alexa is getting married in November and wanted to get bridals out of the way. I had never done a bridal session before, but I figured 'the more the merrier' and so we started out on a sunny Sunday afternoon with 1 camera, 2 brides and lot of laughter! Alexa is stunning and my camera loved her! I had a great time working with both Alexa and Megan. I look forward to working with you again, Alexa!

Bridal Portraits- Megan
After working with Megan and her fiance Erik for their engagement session in January {check it out!}, I was thrilled when Megan contacted me to do her bridal portraits as well! Once again, Megan's infectious happiness made the session a blast, and we scored some awesome photos for her! Megan- Erik is so lucky to have you and you are such a stunning bride!!

My brother is a good sport
Two weeks ago my older brother came to visit. We've always gotten along splendidly (when I was small, my mom even told him to stop letting me have my way all the time because it wasn't good for me!), so I was thrilled to see him!
As soon as he booked the ticket, I warned him that he would be a portrait model for me, and he said "OK?".
Fortunately, the process wasn't painful for him! We spent some time in downtown Bryan and later on we drove to Houston to visit the zoo and just explore the city. In the process we found some awesome spots for mini portrait sessions!
Big brother, I'm glad you came to visit and I already miss you!

Family portrait session
Last year one of my friends asked me to do a few portraits for her. She, her husband and her daughter were getting ready to welcome a new baby boy into the family, and they wanted to document their joy! This was my first portrait session for non-family members, and I was honored to take the photos for them. I was also SCARED- you don't get any do-overs with maternity sessions! Fortunately, they were really happy with the results, and I'm so excited that I could share some wonderful images with them!

Fayth and Sterling Engagement
Fayth contacted me for a quick engagement session so she could get her wedding invitations out with a photo. The day we set was scheduled to be rainy, but we planned ahead- the location had lots of covered areas to pose in, they came with an umbrella, and I wrapped by camera in an oh-so-elegant plastic trash bag.
Fayth and Leo were so sweet and happy, so despite the drizzly weather, I was able to capture some beautiful moments with them! Thanks for soldiering through the rain, guys!!
